Second Sunday Book Club
By Legion Wellness Club
Hosted at The Last Bookstore Studio City
Legion introduces the Second Sunday Book Club—a refined, design-forward literary experience that meets every second Sunday. Created as a space where fiction, beauty, and community intersect, each gathering is intentionally curated to feel elevated, intimate, and inspiring.
Members will explore fiction selections chosen collectively, with the opportunity to vote on upcoming books, shaping the rhythm and direction of the club together.
April Gathering: Blooms & Poems
Sunday, April 12th, 2026 · 1pm - 3pm
Our first gathering, Blooms & Poems, is designed as a soft, social introduction to the club.
Guests will receive their copy of The Prophet by Khalil Gibran while enjoying an afternoon of floral arranging, refreshments, and time to connect and mingle within a beautifully curated setting.
This experience sets the tone, blending literature with artistry and inviting you into the community.
May Gathering
Second Sunday of May · Time TBD
Our second meeting will center around a guided discussion of The Prophet—exploring its themes of love, purpose, and the human experience in an intimate, thoughtfully curated environment.
Together, we will also select our next book, continuing the community-led curation of the club.
The Intention
The Second Sunday Book Club is designed as more than a book club—it is a way to connect and reimagine reading.
A space to slow down, engage deeply with literature, and connect with like-minded individuals in a setting where every detail feels considered.
