Set along the shoreline of Playa del Rey, this intimate morning experience blends healing sound, reflective journaling, and the natural rhythm of the ocean.

30–45 minute sound bath led by a licensed sound healer
Guided journaling to integrate and reflect

After the experience, guests are invited to stay and play beach volleyball, a light, social close to the morning that encourages movement, laughter, and connection by the sea.
